Sonic Healthcare USA was designated by the National Institutes of Health to receive funding and
laboratory equipment as part of its RADx-ATP initiative.

Sonic was selected by the HHS as one of two commercial laboratories to receive critical laboratory equipment to expedite COVID-19 testing.
National Institutes of Health (NIH) Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics Advanced Technology Platforms (RADx- ATP) initiative:
Sonic was awarded a contract from the NIH RADx-ATP initiative, granting us additional funding to accelerate COVID-19 testing and to facilitate testing for endemic regions and clusters in the United States.
